Getting more difficult running the past few weeks with warmer temperatures all round except where it’s pouring rain 😉 Apologies for not posting for a while, we’ve all been out running so much in races all over the Pacific  🙂

Route was along the seawall same as always along the Suva seawall boardwalk to the 2500m mark and back!

We would like to challenge all our friends, family and local companies to join us at the club’s last major event of 2019 – the SUVA10K Run on Saturday 2nd November 2019.
This one is especially for our Individual Runners
No need to register for this one , you can JUST SHOW UP!
Runners will be identified by number only, there is NO registration fee (thanks Asco Motors TOYOTA for the sponsorship!) and times will be published using race numbers only (so remember your number).
Easiest way is to come along and get a number on Friday 1st November 2019 2pm-6pm at Fiji Museum Band Stand to collect your number bib and register (saves the crush on Saturday morning 😉 )
10km Road Race
Race Start 6.30am
For those of you that are regular runners there’s the individual (10 km) to challenge you to up your speed and distance. No need to register for this one JUST SHOW UP to get a bib at 6am for the 6.30am start!
5km Fun Run
Race Start 7.00am
Why not get your friends and families to join in and come along at 6.30am for bib pick up for the 7.00am start (when its still cool!) for lovely trot along the course for fun?
